The firm behind the work
AI Workify is a London-based strategic consulting, AI architecture and operational-transformation firm. We redesign real workflows, build governed AI and automation, and grow internal capability.
Most organisations do not lack AI models. They lack dependable ways to use them.
Our mission is to turn artificial intelligence into safe, useful and durable operating capability, for institutions and for the people inside them.
That means more capacity and better quality, with human responsibility kept where judgement matters.
And a client that ends up owning the capability, not depending on us for it.
An architecture, not a tool
Buying licences, launching a chatbot or running a generic course does not change how an institution works. We treat AI as an architecture of institutional productivity: people, processes, data, controls and technology designed as one system.
Real work before models
We start from actual cases, documents, systems and users. Technology selection follows the process, the data, the risk and the ownership.
Capacity and quality, together
Software and agents absorb repetitive, information-heavy work. People keep authority, context and responsibility.
Ownership is the outcome
Client capability and ownership are results of the work. Dependency on AI Workify is not the goal.
From capable models to dependable operations
Work is spread across spreadsheets, email, documents, core systems and manual approvals. People become the glue that copies, reconciles and chases information between them. Another standalone AI interface can add to the fragmentation instead of removing it.
- 01
No reliable picture of the work
Written procedures, observed behaviour, system records and management assumptions often disagree.
- 02
Fragmented data
Data exists, but it is scattered, inconsistently defined or out of reach at the moment of decision.
- 03
Automation without controls
Single steps get automated while end-to-end ownership, evidence and exception handling are lost.
- 04
Informal AI use
Employees adopt public tools without institutional guidance, so adoption stays uneven and risky.
- 05
Projects far from practitioners
Technology designed away from the people who do the work produces a demo, not a trusted daily workflow.
- Our response
Work from operations outward
We begin with real cases and users, keep uncertainty visible, and decide which steps stay deterministic, which suit AI, and which need expert review.
Who we are built to serve
We fit best where the cost of fragmented work is material and an off-the-shelf AI tool cannot safely resolve the whole problem: complex, regulated, document-heavy organisations.
- Financial institutions
- Multilateral organisations
- Multi-entity operations
- People & shared services
- Regulated healthcare
- Technology businesses
- Document-heavy functions
- Legacy software estates
- A senior sponsor with a real capacity or quality problem.
- Practitioners who spend much of their day reading, reconciling, copying or reporting.
- Several source systems with weak integration, and knowledge concentrated in a few people.
- Decisions that need evidence and review, and enough case volume to justify a redesigned workflow.
Two audiences, from day one
An engagement needs an operational sponsor and a credible path through technology, security, risk, compliance, legal, audit and procurement. We plan for both.
Where we are not the right firm
An open-ended demo, no process owner or representative evidence, no route to production, or an expectation that an autonomous system will carry legal responsibility.
An honest unknown beats an unverified number
Our working documents preserve contradictions, separate evidence from inference and refuse to turn a proposal into an outcome. The same discipline governs this website.
Close to the operation
Strategic and technical practitioners work alongside the people who do the work, and adapt the system until it supports the real workflow.
Evidence over claims
Every case-study figure states its basis — measured, client-reported or modelled — and a proposal is never presented as a delivered result.
Built on what exists
We work inside the client's approved environment and decide what to preserve, connect, improve or retire before proposing anything new.
Across time zones
A London-based firm that works with client teams across time zones, in English and Spanish. Distributed, cross-border delivery is how we normally work.
Five capability areas, one delivery team
We describe the team by what it is responsible for. Leadership is organised around working teams that can map processes, design architectures, build, validate and stay through adoption.
Strategy & institutional relationships
Sets direction, leads senior client conversations, and connects executive ambition with solution architecture and delivery.
Technology architecture & AI engineering
Owns platform evaluation, agent architecture, integration patterns, engineering quality, deployment and scale.
Data science & AI evaluation
Turns model behaviour into measurable quality criteria and tests probabilistic components against representative evidence.
Operations & delivery
Turns proposed solutions into organised execution: prioritisation, planning, coordination, risk management and follow-through.
Organisational transformation & adoption
Process redesign, change strategy, facilitation, learning design, applied workshops and the development of internal champions.
Named profiles are provided to clients during qualification and procurement.
